He has severally explained that the investment was at the behest of the state and was done to encourage the investors, and the money has yielded profit for the state. There was no way it was said he stole the money. Unlike your criminal drug lord who stole the commonwealth of lagosians, converted public properties to his private property and is a known certificate forger and a conman, a drug lord.
