AndSunGorilla:I noticed something about eagles in tournament regarding our CBs,coaches always find it difficult to bench Omeruo even if he failed to start first match |

Odunayaw:You don't get it do you?? At club level, they had a playing pattern, and they both had good defenders in front of them, But they also had a trainer, who spot lapse from the defence that can lead to goal, and training. them to be able to handle such situations, the NT is a whole different level, they pattern of play, the defensive setup, and how the trainer Trains them to handle any situations, is different from club level, Take Protest his Dutch club then, and Uzoho at his current Club, they both can keep clean sheets, even for 3 straight matches, you might think it's routine saves, lemme stop here |

Don't be shocked at the AFCON next year. I heard the facilities (especially the pitches) in Cote'd Ivoire still leaves much to be desired when we have less than four (4) months to go. |

zicky:How will you see it, when you choose to turn blinds eyes, the goal that many are crucifying him for, even the best keeper won't catch that ball, .and what about the double saves he made, you don't sees it too |

do4luv14:Sir do4luv,Okoye and Uzoho are poor, nothing mor Enyeama second cap was against England in World Cup after a cap against Kenya in a friendly.Enyeama had no Africa intercontinental experience before 2002 WC. |

Cecco90:You are understating the state of things. The pictures and videos I saw are an eyesore. Would rather CAF pivots to Morocco. You can bring professionals in the middle of a season to come play in a potato farm-like pitch only for them to get injured. Below are links showing the state of some of the pitches.

TheSuperNerd:This is a big boost for oshimen confidence, he can’t win it this year but at least he is being mentioned but next year he is going for it. It may be too early to predict this but I don’t know why I am so confident about this. Welcome back TheSNerd |

Kog45:But you will agree with me he had a good goalkeeper trainer then in the NT to install confidence in him, Same can't be said for both, But what about Ezewan Sir, his situation is same as Enyeama, if we had a good trainer, am sure we won't be talking about both Okoye and Uzoho |

Kog45:Okoye. I don't have any words for that guy. See structure, see height. Keep na. For where. Guy na flop. He's not a good goalkeeper. |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Mujtahida: 7:31pm On Sep 14, 2023 |
Kog45:I don't hope to see him back anything. We better come to terms that that guy is not a goalkeeper. He should seek his professional calling elsewhere. He doesn't have it in him. God gave him everything to be a good goalkeeper but still he ain't it. |

Odion Ighalo and consistency. New team. Second start. Already top 10 highest scorer in Saudi this season. Still 45 mins to play against 10-man Damac. |

do4luv14:Enyeama came in when Ejide failed to impress. In fact they shared the same keeper trainer in person of Amusa Adisa my university coach….Ezenwa was getting invitations as second choice keeper in NPFL,so you can’t compare. I quite agreed with you on Alloy cuz he failed to search for talented ones and this paved way for regional league keepers in Europe. |

Kog45:i don't think Ejide ever failed to impress. Ejide was a very good keeper just that enyeama was better. I remember the game between enyimba and etol de sahel. Later in his career one of Nigeria coaches even prefer him to enyeama. |
