SpecialAdviser: Stop misinforming the people. 500 square meter should be 50 x 10 meters or 25 x 20. A regular plot in the east is 50 x 100 meters. Which is 5000 square meters. And going by your assertion, that will then make the CofO to be #50m, which is either bonkers, or outrageous lies. This is the kind of misinformation people like you will generate because of politics, then outsiders will garnish and amplify it, and you will end up blaming Yoruba people for running propaganda on you. This was same way eastern nollywood started with ogwuego narrative. |

OkpaNsukkaisBae:Borno state. My take is not for Mba to build land for Enugu indegenes but that C of O is too high. From 1k per square meter to 10k per square meter. Haba |

Simeonjoe1:It's all political talks, bros. I know many coal powered electricity plants still adding megawatts to their nations grid. How many coal mines have they closed in Virginia, USA? China still gets substantial percentage of its electricity from coal power plants. Even the more environment-conscious Europeans are still connected to electricity from coal powered plants. Investors will definitely come to Enugu due to the fact that profits will be made. Nigeria and most African economies will continue to use fossil fuels in next one and half century or even longer. 1 Like |

LGA levy, tout levy, community levy, state levy, now outerageous C of O. And someone be replying me talking nonsense. Mba should change. What is happening in Enugu is unfortunate |

Xandelle:Oga, you're making a mistake by mixing up feets and metres. Average plot of land in the east is about 50x100 feet, not metre. In square metres, that's about 465 square metres Or 100ft X 100ft which is about 900 square metres. Most plots at Coal Camp Enugu are about 50ft X 100ft |

This is very nice.... electricity is very important... constant electricity light can boost bussinesses, companies, industries and create a conducive environment for bussinesses to strive which will create a lot of jobs for the youths and nigerians...so we should take electricity light very serious in this country |

Calitoscassius:If you buy someone's ancestral land in a community you are not part of I pity you if the original owner chose to renegade and you dont have c of o or other documents, you would win if you know your onions but they can chose to pay you back after they have used your money to save a family member from kidney failure |

AlexBells:Why would the original owner renegade? Will they deny ever owning the land? Or selling the land to me? Who buys a land or lands without signed agreements between both parties? I am looking to buy in Enugu, hence my interest. Even if the land is virgin as long as the original ancestral owner can back me up with agreement and attest to selling the land to me, i wouldn't need a C of O. |
