Oga, you're making a mistake by mixing up feets and metres. Average plot of land in the east is about 50x100 feet, not metre. In square metres, that's about 465 square metres

Or 100ft X 100ft which is about 900 square metres. Most plots at Coal Camp Enugu are about 50ft X 100ft

Why would the original owner renegade? Will they deny ever owning the land? Or selling the land to me? Who buys a land or lands without signed agreements between both parties? I am looking to buy in Enugu, hence my interest.

Even if the land is virgin as long as the original ancestral owner can back me up with agreement and attest to selling the land to me, i wouldn't need a C of O.
