Redmi seems to have issues with 'deadboot'. It once happened to me (brand new Redmi 9T), I returned it they exchanged for a brand new one

Go to their Facebook and Twitter page to call them out, make sure you hold no words back, they will get in touch with you. That was what I did after I my Redmi 9c refused to come on after 10days of buying it, They had to change the battery and apologised for the inconvenience

Take Infinix, Tecno and itel for instance, they have quality after sales service support centres all over the nation through Carlcare
