Supreme Court will whip Atikulation Abubakar and Peter Giringori Obituary mercilessly and fine then heavily.

So, Atikulation Abubakar's complain now is that the Judges lambasted him and his half baked lawyers. The Supreme Court will ask that he should be publicly flogged

We should first ask, who wrote that judgment?

Those words were definitely the choice words from Tinubu's presidential counsel dictionary.

YES, and we will also write the Supreme Court judgement also and give a verdict that Atikulation Abubakar and Giringori Obituary should both be publicly flogged.

What will you then do? If you troop to the streets, you will meet soldiers that ran from Boko Haram, and they will sacrifice you to Ogun, Sango, Obatala, Aiyelala and Esu Odara

Let it come, we are waiting for it. When Awolowo was jailed by Nnamdi Azikiwe and Tafawa Balewa, where were you? When MKO was cheated, imprisoned, and killed, where were you? You don't see those instances as coming around. Now, we are in charge, and we will do whatever we deem fit. Anybody wey want die, make e die

Atiku and his lawyers have inferiority complex, honestly.

In 2020, the Supreme Court openly blasted Afe Babalola and Wole Olanipekun in open court and described their application as vexatious, "frivolous, and constituted a gross abuse of court process". In addition, they were ordered to pay 60M fine to be personally paid by them.

If they did this to Atiku, he would have been rolling on the floor, crying like a widow.
no matter when or who they did it too. What is wrong is wrong. Nigerians should stop behaving like wild animals. Yet we are more educated in africa

Were you and your family worried when Obi did not care to save more lives by allowing doctors to go on strike for more than a year? Do you know how many lives that were lost because of that strike. Were you worried when some girls got pregnant on account of ASUU strike for about 7 months in Anambra when Obi was governor? Were you also worried when Emefiele was busy with the new Naira re-design policy that affected all Nigerians? But all of a sudden, you are worried now just because it is not your failure that is the president? Continue to be worried for another 8 years.

Do you actually know the reason doctors went on strike? I bet u don't know, when Peter obi came in the hospitals were in deplorable state and minimum was increased at that time. Go into details of actually events not the garbage reno dish u everyday to tanish obis image. When those issues were resolved did u here anything like strike again? Buh tinubu can't pay the money he promised labour union.

https://thewhistler.ng/why-doctors-went-on-one-year-strike-during-my-tenure-as-anambra-governor-peter-obi/

Besides when tinubu was the state governor he sacked over 10000 workers who went on minimum wage protest. To show u how wicked he is. So what do you have to say to those families who lost there jobs. If tinubu has the opportunity I'm definitely sure he will sack members of labour union

Why didn't Afe and Wole not appeal the decision and fine?... like Atiku?
@ topic .... Atiku is right.... and his team is not letting it slide. I can't believe they somehow wouldn't be sanctioned for showing such blatant bias.

Because it was at the Supreme Court.
Or have you seen any Appeal arising from the judgement of the Supreme Court?

But Atiku failure to show the total numbers of votes he got to defeat Tinubu is the major issue. I have asked some of the PDP big men during the prosecution of the case at the tribunal. What is the margin of lead? How many votes did your opponents got? Do you have the results duly signed and gotten from the polling units?

This will make him win, not the other fight that may be lost through technicalities.

Mr. Man, was the case you referred to the same with the case at hand? That one you referred to was on "reviewing" of Zamfara or Bayelsa governorship case. They used that words because that case was already a buried case and APC wanted the supreme court to exhume it, which was not constitutional to review a case after it has been decided at the supreme court, especially a case of that nature. So, you're comparing the incomparable. Election petition is within the right of every losers to approach the tribunal but that one wasn't within their right. So, if they used foul language on them, it is justifiable.

eggzactly! Those and many other words are from apc camp eg social media threats etc. As far as I'm concerned, non of the petioners issued any post on the social media platforms to be seen as threat. I'm 1000% sure that apc wrote that judgment... Ask and I'll prove everything by explanations. Apc is all about propaganda and that judgment proves it.
