Pls has anyone been to this country before Hungary, pls how friendly is the country, I got a conference invitation there, is it a country where one can Japa to and how easily can one get a job there, I want to use conference as a means to travel to get a job and stay there pamanently from Nigeria, is it advisable ?
The second question is can one easily navigate to other countries from there,

I explained tire that it is not possible, he refused to listen. Telling me he has paid 500K for the visa (total amount is three million naira) and has applied for an interview at the embassy. I told him to contact me if he gets issued the visa. Almost two weeks now wey bros don apply for visa, I never hear from am.

Let me even contact him sef.

Wo, don't go suffer yourself living illegally in any country. It's not worth it unless you have a clear path to becoming legal immigrant or clear path to adjusting your immigration status... Just don't go suffer yourself. He who have ears make he ear..

Bro I will advise you sincerely because I have first hand experience in Hungary. Years ago I lived in Budapest Hungary for 4 years, it's a very difficult country to survive as a foreigner due to language barrier, weather, economic is not buoyant compare to other western Europe countries, few blacks reside in the country managing themselves.

The citizens are struggling themselves to survive, some of the citizens go to neighbouring countries to work like Austria that they share borders with.

If you are not careful you might be forced to engage in illegal activities for survival.

If you are bend on embarking in this journey I will advise you to look into student visa route atleast you can work part time for sure especially from there you can figure out what next to do. I can connect you to a friend of mine that is redeemed a pastor that is if you eventually get to Hungary on a student visa.

Have a thorough thought about this and make the decision that best suits you. I Wish you the very best in whatever decision you make.

Do people still use the conference invitation format to japa? For the conference you want to attend, are you presenting a paper?

You cannot regularise your stay with a visit visa anywhere in the developed world, except probably the US. But you will always be wary of the police and ICE (immigration force).

You can’t use visit visa to stay permanently in any country. But you can look for how to adjust your temporary to permanent visa if it is allowed in that country you’re in.

Change from visit visa to immigrant visa: It’s not an easy task, but is possible in some countries, while others will ask you to leave the countries and apply for immigrant visa.

Really I think student visa is the best then, if that is the case, I will be looking at going to Europe through student visa
