You won't be happy and you can imagine what you will say when your family ask you why you come alone to such gathering especially if that is the only period you guys meet together

What about the neighbors seeing the husband going alone to his church and the wife is going to her own or preaching around especially if some of these neighbors are from the husband's religion and she comes to preach to them? A family friend who’s a Jehovah’s Witness, said Jehovah’s Witness parents are allowed to perform rites for their children even thou they choose to marry a non witness, that it’s not against the law of the organization and any man who choose not to sit(be it an Elder or a member) is acting so based on his personal belief and not under Jehovah’s Witness.

I have seen cases of daughters getting married and their fathers not attending their traditional marriage or even accepting to collect dowery because she dint marry a witness and he cannot partake in her sin.

But in their Kingdom Hall, they are told to stop Preaching to anyone who has no interest in converting. As Christians, we are to preach about Jesus and the Gospel. JWs don't do that. They preach the Gospel of Watchtower only. If you look at their doctrines very well, they are made to diminish Jesus. Look at the comments from them about Jesus. They call him Angel Michael.
