Rent keep increasing,and remember building a house is a way to store money and keep it away it away from the eyes of inflation.

NAh the best way to actually store that money is to buy up to three land in that location and keep it for 5 years and resell and buy land in an estate where you can charge up to 1M a year for a 2bed flat, my suggestions though but I'm sure you already know what to do.

1mm for what? It depends on the number light that will be on a circuit if you are planning to use 1mm. Do not overload the circuit if you want to use it.

The maximum permissible current for 1mm cable is 10A
