Ttipsy: Wow, I like this view. Looks exotic! Owerri needs just good roads, well marked and covered drains. Then lots of well manicured trees and green verges. Owerri is South East's best chance of having a first tier city that can rival Abuja, Lagos and P.H. These are things that doesn't cost much if only the governor is focused. 6 Likes |

Obi2saveNigeria: The governor of Imo state is not Mayor or governor of Owerri, contrary to the way you people see government in Imo state. Imagine what Owerri will be reduced to in four years if in four years a president of Nigeria uses the country's development funds to build and decorate Abuja infrastructures only. That's what you people have turned rest of Imo state outside Owerri to become - dying LGAs, towns and cities with crumbling infrastructures outside Owerri. You must contribute to building the type of city you dream for Owerri. Governor of Imo state is in charge of building infrastructures all over Imo state, not building and decoration of only Owerri. 2 Likes |

FOXDOSSIER: Owerri has plenty and is a better developed modern town but my opinion is that only Aba is the Southeastern city where most major roads come with covered drainage and walkways. Awka is a developing place for now with few roads and urban facilities. 4 Likes |

Bitter frustrated envious fellow, Owerri is a glorified village with little or no good roads and dilapidated old buildings, that’s why most imo indigenes prefer to live in Onitsha and Awka. Ask yourself why there are more imo indigenes living in Onitsha than Owerri. Awka is the fastest developing city in igboland and it has signature infrastructures like flyovers, biggest and best ICC in Nigeria, Owerri doesn’t have such. Awka equally has by far better developed and massive estates than Owerri. There’s no where in imo state that can rival Awka millennium city, even in the next 200yrs. I know exactly how bitter you feel lol M Abagworo: 2 Likes 1 Share

I will make four thousand (4000) Imo youths be employed in Europe by December this year. ---- Ģov Hope Uzodinma of Imo state. And more than half of the youths applaud the governor's announcement. Ironically, most of the youths there must have graduated from the universities in every nook and cranny of Owerri town. The growing level of ignorance in Imo state is disturbing. 1 Like |

Only ediots and villagers talk like you do. Owerri is a slum and a glorified village that doesn’t have any good road but you are here yapping. Nonsense. Millions of imo indigenes are living in Onitsha and Awka because Owerri is a village full of ipob terrorists, dilapidated infrastructures, commercial sex hawkers, poverty, etc, but you are here yapping nonsense. The picture I posted was to show you that Awka has roads with covered drainages and walkways but your glorified village Owerri doesn’t have such, instead of you to prove me wrong you started diverting attention to PH. The whole of imo state is full of either dilapidated muddy roads or dilapidated tiny roads, this has made even imo indigenes to keep fleeing from that useless but you are here yapping nonsense. There are more population of imo indigenes living in Onitsha than the population of imo indigenes living in your backward useless worthless shithole Owerri but you are here yapping nonsense. Imo state is a failed state ravaged by insecurity, poverty, incompetence, lack of focus, etc, but you are not worried. Uzodimma has wasted almost four years living in Abuja while imo state is in the firm hands of ipob terrorists. Just today a military general was kidnapped in Owerri. Aren’t you imo miscreants ashamed for once ? Despacito1: 2 Likes |

When we say that imo is a failed state, some clowns will jump out to post pictures of one or two cheap ashawo brothels just to feel good. Just see what of Imo state is saying to ndi Imo state. He has no plans of attracting investors and developing imo state so that imo indigenes will stop running to Anambra for greener pasture. There should be a protest in imo state for this comment but unfortunately no one is even saying anything 1 Like

Everyone knows that the people doing ipob in Igboland are imo people. Keep deceiving yourself. Anambra border with imo is only where imo ipob terrorists are attacking, how come no other area in Anambra has ipob disturbances except Ihiala which is a the border with imo state. Orlu and Owerri are the headquarters of ipob terrorists, all the Ipob commanders are from imo state. Even imo government house has been renamed by ipob while uzodimma has been living in Abuja for the past two years since his house was bombed in Owerri. You can never find anyone from Anambra that’s in ipob. Millions of imo indigenes live in Anambra, very soon Soludo will start giving you guys ID card to identify you imo ipob terrorists. Have they released the army major that was kidnapped in Owerri yesterday? Imo state is the Afghanistan of igboland. Very useless worthless backward state Despacito1: 2 Likes |
