Please i need a response on this.

Im applying for a student visa using my uncle as my sponsor.
i have gotten all the required documents from him apart from his international passport which is expired and awaiting the renewed one.
Do i have to wait the the new passport is out or can i use the expired one. or is there any other means of identification i can use in place of the international passport.

The major money should be in your account or your husband's, while your brother can also be a co-sponsor despite he being the major sponsor

1. They might need medical IRCC will determine that, you can either do upfront in preparation or wait for a request
2. Yes, you can use your portal
3. State your reason for the reunion, and the effect of your absent on your family etc

In your reapplication, stress on the fact that the scholarships are unconditional and will immediately become effective once you have a valid study visa and funds will be disbursed to proper channels.

You will have to seriously work on your economic and home ties. Don't know what you are currently doing now. You will need strong ties to bring you back home.

Get a family member to do a gift deed for you. Ne ready to show relationship, prove source of funds with supporting documents of the person sending you the cash gift.

You can use the online generated statement from your GTWorld app. Not compulsory you use mbs.

Repackage your sop. That's all. Goodluck

Thank you for the advise. Please, I want to have more discussion about the stuff with you. Please, may we have email chat.

I didn't submit SOP, CV AND BANK STATEMENT in my previous applications.

To start with, this is my first time of hearing about gift deed. I don't even know how it works. Also all the fundings from the university were noted. The problem is that the reviewer said that I didn't show evidence of t-fare to Canada and also money for initial expenses upon arrival. I have never shown any proof of fund from personal assets.

Please, let's chat via nguyenjohnson115@gmail.com
Thanks.

Trying reseting your password with โ€œforgot password optionโ€.
If that works, you go to schedule appointment.
Or use continue existing booking If you remember the reference, it is usually written on the top of the screen as go along the booking. (I normally screen shoot as i go along when booking so i have that detail).

Sorry about your refusal. You stand a good chance if you correct all these areas point out.
Do it yourself process means you have to pay attention to details very well.
If you follow just what you see a check list on IRCC portal, you may not know the need of certain documents.

Go through this thread-past pages and page 1 . It will with how to package you next application.

Hello all, I am married but I have not done change of name, and I donโ€™t intend to do the change of name anytime soon. Can I still present my marriage certificate and state that I am married in my visa application since I am still retaining my maiden name. I want to use my husband as proof of ties back home as spouse wonโ€™t be accompanying to Canada if given visa. Please kindly advise on the best way to go about this. Thank you
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by bullstriker: 2:11am On Oct 01, 2023
You can state your new marital status without changing your name.

In addition to the advice received, the children must do medical, regardless of age, if they intend to stay in Canada for longer than 6 months. The border officer will not issue them a visitor record without a medical.
