Why do we like making things hard for ourselves when it is all in black and white, and even attested to by the School registrar.

Even the error they made on the replacement copy to date his graduation on a different day in June 1977 as opposed to what is on the transcript and the originalcertificatehe must have recieved in 1979, was acknowledged by the school as human error.

-It is a question-and-answer section under oath.

-It can happen anywhere, Chicago State University Campus, Court, etc.

there is a part of the law that allows admissions of new evidence. The lawyers are not fools they present instances where new evidence was admitted.
There are many instances where some innocent people got jailed but when new evidence surface they were released.

The date of birth on my NIN is different from the date of birth on my NYSC certificate. In fact the difference is 3 years. This singular reason is why "Age Declaration" exists because those ladies filling forms can mess up your details as most are barely educated ( which well educated person works as clerk or office assistant?)

discrepancies in date of birth has never and can never be perjury. If you went to school you would've noticed that majority of final year students have discrepancies in the date of birth on their WAEC and jamb certificates. These are as a result of human error from those girls working at cyber cafés or clerks in offices. All you need to rectify it is to swear Affidavit of Age Declaration

The matter of Age can be brush under.. because as long as you have sworn an affaivdat that this is your true age.....then the rest is nothing....the only proof against Tinubu in the Age declaration matter is either his mother or his father.of himself.......none of his sibling can disclaimer what he claimed by himself.....

the school vehemently stated that any discrepancies in any of the document is as a result of human error. Nowhere in the documents from Chicago State University was he ever presented as female. The only thing people are posting with the "F" gender is from Southwest College. He didn't submit anything from Southwest College to INEC so the error there is completely irrelevant to the case at hand. Show me anywhere he's described as female in any document from CSU
