fifa UEFA, both of them in charge of rules of football are both useless and weak. we have a top football body but leagues put their rules anyhow. different leagues different refs systems,var systems,officiating systems. it is rubbish. especially england and the corrupt and useless epl. they are always last to implement rules decided on. (eg) var. now a new one is coming, the (automatc offside system) and the corrupt epl is already rejecting and opposing it. to hell with epl and any league. fifa uefa should put universal rules about football and progressive technology with no opposition and delay from any nonsense league like epl. any league that doesn't comply should be banned fined and kicked out from football. the fans will stand with a competent fifa and UEFA not useless leagues like epl.
