The forceful occupation and construction of buildings in areas not originally assigned to them is what is causing these issues. Israel is tresspassing in what is called Israel Occupation. Palestine don't have issues if they remain in their orignal zone.

Documents being genuine is not defined as the holder having earned the right to have such documents handed to him by the relevant institutions. It is the same with driving licence or the papers of ownership of your house...the appropriate institutions have to hand you the documents, you don't get to just make your own.
