It is noteworthy that the decision letter bore 20th sept which means that it was approved within 3days.

I'm currently booking for TB screening for my wife and child. I just found out that Q-life is booked till the end of the month.

I checked IOM but I don't know the appropriate answer to Visa type; is it (a)Family Reunion, (b)Settlement and Dependants, (c) Work or (d) Other. ?

I'm already here on a HCW visa

Just put Settlement and Dependant.

Visa type is not actually critical in the form.

I don't why why people avoid IOM centre sha.

From what I have seen, IOM dates seems fair than others. Though the crowd at IOM may not be nice. But you can get an earlier dates.

The husband's refusal is not supposed to affect the children as their visa will be viewed independently with documents submitted ......however the ECO may likely nack you NSF to explain the care arrangement u have put in place for proper welfare of the kids

The husband should prove his union to the MA beyond doubt, i.e in line with ukvi policy and the expected documents......he will get the visa...(don't near Administrative review if u don't want oro max hypertension but if u don't have money for another application ..u can go for AR and argue ur case if u feel the ECO was not fair or should have given more room for provision of more evidence)
