The problem is, once you try to talk to them about it they immediately tag you a "body shamer" without waiting to hear the health dangers of it.

Here is the thing; as a lady if your boyfriend, fiancee or husband makes unpleasant remarks about you being fat, simply take it in good faith not yell "body shaming!"

They don't understand that when you are being body shamed is when you are being mocked for a predicament you didn't inflict on yourself. E.g your height, shape of head, nose, disability issue if you have any not being fat.
