when the king of criminality, who is also a hateful tribalist, is the one running things, what do you expect. He is so naive to a fault. I built Lagos, He built Lagos, that's what we were forced fed. Up till now, no tangible hope arising, things are just getting worse.


In my opinion, If the great region has any foresight, we need to take advantage of these wars around the world. First things first, we need to do land reform. So that housing issues or pricing will not be an issue or a means to bankrupt anyone. It will help people have more money at their disposal. And it will also help in the long run, so that foreigners including allies will not come and buy up everything; But if anyone coming to the great region knows that all apartments are very similar in price, near the same uniform design, and really maintained, both the people and the foreigners will come here to do business and just live an humane life. Ready made Modeled apartments not more than 3 or 4 stories high, and 6 or 8 apartments each. They should make these apartments with laws, where people can't do parties or children over 10 years play around. if you want to do meeting or play, go to the designated sites. Anyway more opinions to come.

I wonder why Tinubu did not talk to Buhari to clamp down on oil theft as that is the primary reason our oil production has dwindled even in the face of rising oil prices. To think that we are not even hitting OPEC's targets.
