you'll just have to pay for the date of birth which is 15,000 naira and goto any state nimc center in your state to have it done or better still visit any private authorized nin center (shop)

wrong input of name correction fee is #500 at the state nimc center which is government owned but you can try going to private authorized center, I'm sure the fee won't be less than 5,000 if the latter is what you choose

drop the phone number you used during the nin registration or your date of birth and your full name as it's written in the nin database, lemme run a check on it for you at my end here

The best way to go about it is to visit nimc office and pay for modification online which is 500 naira and you're good to go
