Do i need to go to the embassy with my court certificate for change of names and also the newspaper cut out that i have?

Good evening house, my appointment date is next month 8th but I never fill ds 160 form yet, because am goin for Tourist and I think the best thing hotel reservations.....because I don't have anything like conference or invitation

Pls what my chance for this Tourist, hope book hotel is best way for Tourist ?

Just apply for b1/b2. Although I'm not sure you can get a December date. Except you camp on the appointment page daily.

You need the Confirmation Number that is generated AFTER you submit the DS160 to book appointment.

He also needs to prove he has home ties.
It will also be based on what he filled in his ds 160 form.
Docs - International passport, ds160 confirmation page, payment receipt, bank statement ( he might not need it). Passport pics.( he might not need it)
