Before the Bible was completed and compiled God speaks to His servants through dreams, visions and angels but after the completion of the Bible all servants of God must regularly meet to discuss what is written in God's word what God promised is that those doing so will be observed by angels who will pen down their names {Malachi 3:16} that's what Jesus came to establish so that all faithful servants of God may continue meeting together to deliberate on God's word {Hebrews 10:24-25} in such a gathering Jesus promised to be the invisible chairman!
