Smh. So you think cars have been breaking down on Lagos roads all these days? You just don't get it and it's a pity.

LASG can even send all of them packing permanently and that's it. With comments like this, I will not be surprised when that day come. The place is not even meant for a market and there are tonnes of petitions calling for the relocation of that market elsewhere in the far outskirts of Lagos.

All these kind of insults from Igbo like you will only stop when we implement the law of reciprocity as advocated here LAGOS GUBER & PLIGHT OF IGBO: Law Of Reciprocity Is The Solution
https://www.nairaland.com/7612989/lagos-guber-plight-igbo-law

How many Yoruba-dominated markets are in your own Igbo state? There's none. So give the Yoruba in your state such opportunities too so that Igbo in Ladipo will appreciate the need to keep and maintain the environment here in Yorubaland because they will not want to lose the Yoruba market in Igboland. This current system where you keep all your own and take of other people's resources is unjust and unsustainable.

You have your own resources in Igboland that you can give in exchange for same opportunities you enjoy in Yorubaland. When you give others same opportunities in your Igboland to the Yoruba then we collaborate by reciprocity.

Nobody will feel cheated with collaboration by reciprocity but if you withhold your own resources and don't release your own in exchange with the Yoruba, it's just a matter of time that the Yoruba will take their own resources from you and demand that you release your own in reciprocity first before they give you theirs.

Naira is 1068 as at today...The Satan that you promoted is destroying every fabric of the nigerian society while you are here ronuing on empty stomach. You are nothing but a cancer to society, if only your useless father wore condom, we all will be better for.

FYI, that market could be moved to Edo state after sagamu, and all of lagos residents will now have to go to Edo state to buy the parts. People travel from all over nigeria to Ladipo just to buy parts, imagine being this dumb and unappreciative of the financial value that place brings to lagos.

WE NOW KNOW THAT "LAGOS IS NO-MAN'S LAND" MANTRA IS NOT A WISE STATEMENT TO MAKE. WHO HAS THE POWER TO CLOSE THE MARKET OBVIOUSLY OWNS THE LAND ON WHICH IT IS BUILT. IT IS FOOLHARDY AND HEAD-SLAMMING TO DENY THE OBVIOUS.
Bro, I'm Igbo and I concur to this. Nobody will like for his maternal land to be call such. Sadly this notion of "No Man's Land" was birthed during the election period.

Let's all cooperate with the Lagos State Government to keep our city and whole state clean and safe for business and living.

Those who don't cooperate will bear the full wrath of the law.

I thought Lagos is a no man’s land? Why are you now complaining about the market been shutdown? The owner of the market can shut it down anytime they like and if you don’t like it then move to your own market in the east.

Still more empty rhetoric. Stop being an online agbero. Not everything is about east and west.

The topic of discussion is quite clear. What are the remarkable changes now that the market has been reopened?

Nobody said you haven't worked with igbos, you're just ignorant. Leave your region for once.

There's no major market in the east without yoruba section where they sell their traditional herbs and medicines...who stopped them from venturing into other areas of business?

In my street, yoruba tailors plenty and they're vert good at what they do

They should have left it closed down.

By the time their vehicles break down and they can't source cheaper parts they will import new oem ones or be stealing it from other parked working vehicles in yards or on the streets. grin

You're just ignorant..

This is the kind of arrogance that gets you kicked out of every country you fester in..

South East Governors should be vocal. Matters like this gave birth to Nnamdi Kanu. I am not saying, they have infleunce over what happens in other state's or the ministry shouldnt do thier work, but matters like this are a result of bad Negotiation.

Am sure millions were used for settlement as igbos are bad negotiators when it comes to civil matters. Ex Governors should be in the forefront of this arrangements whether it maters or not.

Yes u are right cos Igbo are truly bad negotiators because they are egocentric. Matter like this would have been settled for long but for their egoistic feelings.

you lied . Ask your Lagos State government how much they didn't get for closing it down. Do you think Lagos make money from economically useless lazy fellows like you , who came from Osun to Lagos to make only noise on social media .

When Alaba international market closed down because your lazy Agbero brothers were causing unnecessary gridlock , collecting Owoda, the deputy governor came himself to Alaba to order them to leave Alaba market.
Do you think flyovers are built by making noise on NL. Jobless noise makers everywhere
