To be honest, this looks like a recent YouTube video of Monrovia Liberia I saw. It's not bad and it's definitely better than Kumasi, but you are wrong to say it beats PortHarcourt.

Street view also gives you a closer view of the road but it limits you from getting the best picture of a city.

Very few West African Cities (Lagos and Abidjan) have the required high rises that makes drone views of cities give the development vibes. Drone views may make cities look pleasant showing the greenery and lovely buildings but there's something about high rises when you consider them via drone views, so apart from Lagos and Abidjan and Accra (to a lesser extent), drone views are futile when comparing the other cities. Let's stick to street views.
