I would advise you use laptop and it will go through, I faced this challenge while trying to use phone.

I received the mail on the 11th of August but filled it on the 23 or so. I was able to fill the Google form but the link to upload my CV not opening.

It kept taking me back to the Google form for availability but not for submitting CV.

I got the mail. I've reset password and tried accepting the terms but it says I've not been matched. And you can't update bank details if you don't accept the terms. It's a catch 22 situation.
