Equal pay will never work not when their are business men at the helm. The disparity exist for a rational reason. Women don't like debating the rational.


But the issue is one of respect and how it should be apportioned. Women are recently muddling into the domain of men and responsibility rather than earn their stride they trying to skip processes.

The value and prestige keeps me going even when the going is tough! Thank God for the boss I have.

The pay is equal or even better because transport companies clamour and hustle to have females in their fleet and that's also because larfarge pays them some kind of royalties for having females working with them... Be it technicians or drivers.

And who are the folks in the forefront of this if not men themselves? Men will be the architect of their own misfortune. No one is coming to rescue men if men keep prioritizing women's interests over their own interests. Nowadays, we have so many effeminate men. Disgusting set of men who claim to be feminists.
