I know u didn't quite understood what Chriskels was trying to convey in that post when u quoted him.

But should Awoniyi start over Boniface mainly because he plays in EPL,
or because he is better and more suited either to pair Osimhen or to lead the our attack?
I want to know what u think.
There's a mix-up somewhere. You're quoting the wrong person.

I don't really understand what is wrong with some of you in here, and who are these 20 olodos that pressed the "like" button to this biased post?

How could you draw up such a formation that would have Victor Boniface in the starting eleven ahead of a player that plays in the most competitive league of the world?

Don't come to me with that "system that works and who is best suited" crap of a talk because to me what matters most is the league a player plays in. Boniface has no right being above Awoniyi in the pecking order because Boniface plays in the Bundesliga while Awoniyi plays in the EPL, so it should be Awoniyi in the starting eleven, not Boniface. 😡

And England with 99% players in EPL are yet to taste world cup final since. Is everything about football about England? By this your logic, Sunday MBA should not have been close to the national team that year. And Enyeama should not have been our keeper while still at Akwa United.

Lucky my nyash. The likes of omeruo, ekong, awaziem, Ajayi once had an opportunity to play at big leagues or team and they didn’t capitalize on those opportunity. I believe that, we don’t have many potential World class CB at our disposal and for such reasons, bassey is numero uno for now until someone better becomes available

All the defenders you mentioned were simply not good enough.

Omeruo was never ever going to play for Chelsea at one stage they had him training with the U18's he was that lowly rated.

He had a stint in the Championship was essentially anonymous. The same goes for Awaziem. Ajayi ,Ekong players that have never been able to make the mark to.

Someone said Omeruo has been good for the SE , maybe or maybe not depending on what level of expectations you have for the SE.

For me he has been consistently below average with not one single attribute that makes him stand out. I remember him getting bullied by the Cameroon forward players in the AFCON and disgraced in the World cup.

Finally, Tosin Adarabioyo is better than all of them.

It depends on what the EPL CB brings to the table.

Bassey has not showed us why he should be rated than other CBs…I remember against Guinea Bissau,he was below par and Omeruo took his position in the second leg.

Super eagles is not about EPL but a national team where the best are invited irrespective of the league and your performance do the talking.

Sir,pls just tell me a Super eagles match that Bassey proved he was a class even as LB

You can't be anonymou mouse 🐀 in a mediocre league in a dead football ⚽ club. Being consistentlu average and below average then all of a sudden you come to the SE and you become a Lion and world class.

Sorry bruv it doesn't work like that .

Sir you are mixing things up here. Are you talking about club pedigree or national team?

Yes playing in EPL should do the talking but as at today i haven’t seen it in his game with super eagles and I will not based my judgement cus a player is playing for Fulham.

Osayi is in Turkey and with few appearances he has shown us what he can do..

Osayi rejected a number of EPL clubs guess got more money in Turkey and playing time.

He hasn’t proven himself yet, he went from rangers to Ajax and now Fulham. Bassey is definitely better than omeruo it’s just sad that we don’t have Quality CB on our disposal considering that our best CB is bassey

I would say Tosin Adarabioyo

Simple question, has Bassey done enough in eagles to put stop to Omeruo invitation.

If I had my way, I would try to form a good central defensive partnership between Akpoguma and Bassey or Jordan

Calamity or crap, why continue inviting Omeruo if other CBs have proven themselves to be reliable in GWG and I will never agreed on cus Bassey is playing in EPL he is better than other CBs who are playing in other leagues.

Kevin Akpoguma hasn’t done much and I was surprised cuz I rated him highly before joining eagles.I don’t really see that zeal in him like he was forcing himself to play for us.

To an extent, he looks to lack support and motivation from the coaching crew: he was made to play as a right back in most of his games.

In as much as patriotism and dedication is key, playing him out of position in his first few games can affect his psyche and make him feel unappreciated/undervalued in the team.

Aside his first game against Sierra Leone where he was played as a RB and fumbled, has there ever been another game where he played as a RB?

Awaziem was played as a RB too and he did a decent job so all these excuses that Akpors was played out of position doesn't really follow. Nobody would have said the same had it been he was born here.

Fact is the guy has never impress in GWG. He has been disappointing. To think most of us thought we had found a solid defender for years to come.

The thing is many of us here derive joy in talking down older players just to promote a new, untested player. It has always been like that. It is that new untested player that is always the best player to them.

Eguavoen bowing to the pressure of fielding too many new players in our starting 11 against Ghana in Abuja was largely responsible for why we couldn't win that game.

Yes Bassey two passes led to two goals yesterday but does that make him shit? Not at all. Bassey shows how good he was in his defensive duties. Good positioning and astute defending.

It is simply ridiculous analyzing players based on errors only. We need to study the cause!

Bassey a left footed player was played as RCB- a role he has never played in his short career against the league best team. Haba!

A 22 year old player with little experience at the top level should not be played in that role.

Reid shld have played RCB and Bassey LCB.
The coach set him up. The two passes he gave away was through his right foot! He did not misplaced any pass with his left.

He even tried cos I have never seen a left footed defender play RCB! Not a 22 year old!
Please let the boy breathe!

Baba mi, all CBs’ should be versatile but I won’t castigates him so much because it is his first time.

Nevertheless, it is clarion call on him to be prepared to play any role at CB both RCB or LWB
It's difficult to distinguish your comment from the quoted statement. Abi na village people dey cause am? 😂😂

Not out of thin air. Ramajunan was from a deeply religious hindu family. He relied mostly on intuition for his mathematical formulations which he claimed came to him from the family goddess Namagiri.

“An equation for me has no meaning, unless it expresses a thought of God.” - S. Ramajunan

India has an ancient history of great mathematicians but as per the black man, I understand your point but I hope you have heard of the super genius Imhotep - mathematician, engineer, philosopher, builder, medical practitioner, architect etc.

And there's Ayodele Awojobi absolute genius but died early (1937-1984)
