Gurl, if your cheeks still look like those of the lady in the pics, then you've got nothing to worry about. For your early 40s age, you're cuddly cute with your natural looks and without makeup. My opinion on this is smackdown as a lover of art works and nature.

However, if you still want that super model look of Alek Wek, and more, then you'll have to lose some weight by eating less carbs and/or use fat burners. That's what some use to achieve that super model kinda look. On the other hand, you can grow more head hairs or wear wigs to give a less chubby cheeks effect. I have more tips for you but I'll stop here.
