Supreme Court judgement is law on it's own.

Forgery is now legalized.

History is been made.

Congratulations to everybody .

And finally the Supreme Court have legalised Tinubu’s criminality of forgery and perjury. History have been created.

What History, Tinubu never lost any case both in US and Nigeria in the last 3decades

Atiku as never singlehandedly won any case home and abroad, not even an election in the last 3decades

So what fvcking History was created, if you don't know keep quiet ignorance is not an excuse

Lol...! grin

Why can't the judges just tell the plaintiffs and contestants ahead of time that they are wasting their precious time?!! That the system is not independently designed to go against the incumbent.

We don't exactly have a Judiciary tbh.

Well... Lawyers sha have bills to pay. tongue

Did the court not remove Ngige for Peter OBi, is that not against incumbent

Where were you when supreme court sacked Apc governorship elect David lyon under APC rule

INEC just removed APC aspirant Timipre Slyva from the Bayelsa governorship polls, nobody is shouting Democracy is on fire

You won't see that, But the minute anything favours the ruling party it is ojoro, Does our Democracy means incumbent must lose undecided

The question is on you too... I'm talking about Presidency here.

Does our democracy also mean that the Incumbent President should never lose??!

I'm talking about the autonomy and independence of the Judiciary, you are here going in circles.

See ehn... I have no strength for needless and pointless exchange of words.

Not in the mud.

He can still pursue it in the courts and gets tinubu convicted of forgery which will put an end to Tinubu's bid for a second term.

No reasonable person was expecting anything new from the supreme court so make una enjoy Tinubu's tenure

Apparently you are one of ATIKU's Major problem ... someone as being going to court for over two decades never won a case and here you are gearing him on to still go to court, with what evidence or is it that nonsense David ode-sin is posting you hope Atiku will use and convince a competent court.

there is a term for people that keep doing things the same way but expect different results hope you find it

Presd. Goodluck jonathan lost and asides that he wholeheartedly conceded defeat, the evidence that GEJ lost was overwhelming compared to 2023, moreover Tinubu is not an incumbent

In the case of 2023, where are the substantial evidences that APC the ruling party did lose, that is what the court needs to see ...

Did Peter obi or Atiku present any evidence substantial enough to convince even Baale/Emir that APC actually lost.

i don't think you have mental strength or evidence for this conversation as well. ciao

They can use 180days technicality to discard appeal, but the over 14days APC invalid nomination did not stand merit to them.

What kind of double faced Judicators do we have?

WHAT SHOULD THEY HAVE DONE : CHANGE THE RULE, AND DISCARD 180DAYS ELAPSED PROVISION, MAKE NEW RULE SPECIALLY FOR THIS CASE? THEN YOU WILL CLAP FOR THEM. THOSE WHO PROVIDED EVIDENCE WHICH IS STATUTE BOUND KNOWINGLY WERE EXPECTING WHAT?

The online violence instigated being perpetuated daily by Peter Obi and supporters is obvious even to the blind. The unnecesarry attacks on President Tinubu, his supporters and the entire Yoruba race is obvious to every person with an online presence except you. The Lies and propaganda that Tinubu rigged an election he clearly won is all over the place. For crying out loud, are you not aware of the lies by Atiku and Peter Obi that they both won the election? Even after CSU severally claimed that Tinubu graduated with distinction from the school, are you not aware of the several and unending lies against the president that he did not graduate from the school but forged his certificate? Should i go on or you now get it?

Apc and lies na 5 & 6.
The reason they refused to accept the disposition is because it clearly shows that Tinubu forged his result.
You can buy the entire system in Nigeria but you cannot buy legitimacy nor truth.

The same way Apc ran mad for the 460k forfeiture which turned out to be true or the Fbi case which also urned out to be true.
No amount of propaganda will change the personality that is Adekunle Amoda
