Lagos dey learn where Anambra dey.

That is a lie. You guys cannot accept that there are issues without trying to make comparison with Anambra. How sure are you that the guy is from Anambra? This is the dense behavior I always posit about you guys. Lagos is in the league of cities like Johannesburg. Casablanca, Cairo, Cape Town, Marakesh and Kigali. But it is sad that Lagos is worse than the slums of those cities.

You'll see a well educated individual dropping refuse on the road.
People with Bad Habit.
Lets bring back fashola policy, you drop refuse and you get arrested immediately so that when people get back to their village their village people will think they went oversea due to changed characters.

Abi when they arrest those touts(that defecate in the bridges and canals) that come from Ibadan and other villages in southwest, when they go back to their villages they will be neat

I think public toilet should be everywhere tho.

I don't see people peeing in open gutter as being dirty. We need mobile toilet because someone can get pressed anywhere.

In advanced societies if you are caught you will pay a fine peeing anywhere is wrong Dude.

Yorubas are the most guilty, the one that come out from the other side of orile where the police station is at night and dump refuse in the gutter in the expressway nko? The ones who dedicated everywhere in gutters, on the roads and by canal embankments are they not Yorubas. Oga just try and have sense for once.
