Lemme use my father as example, he was able to build his first house almost @ 60 , after years of hard work and discipline in Nigeria.

My sis who recently moved just to US about 4 years ago, has bought her first house in Aguda, surulere... just 4 years !!!

And she's not even up to 30 yrs of age.

My classmate is in UK working 18hrs in a day. That's poverty.
