Only US, Isreal and 12 other countries, mostly tiny weak Island countries; Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Fiji, Guatemala, Hungary, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay and Tonga , voted against the adoption of the resolution and they lost woefully!

This is a testament to the seriously diminished power and influence of the United States on global politics on this Palestinian-Israel war.

Even the E.U , Canada and UK didn't vote against the resolution. China, Russia, Jordan, Iran, Pakistan, the Arab League, Turkiye, Ireland, South Africa and Nigeria tried too. It was a momentous event that the world stood together significantly for the Palestinian people.

Sincerely, Humanity won. Over 3000 Palestinian children killed yet Hamas keeps fighting and firing rockets into Israel, giving credence to the report that Israel is actually killing mostly civilians and children.

If Isreal, with all its military power and backing of US and UK , has been fighting a small group of Hamas fighters for weeks now yet the death toll of children and civilians in Gaza keep mounting and Hamas Rockets firings into Israel have not stopped, so who is Isreal deceiving? Who is Isreal been killing for the past few weeks of bombing Gaza? Hamas still fired a lot of rockets into Southern Israel few hours ago!

If after this resolution, Isreal continues the bombing, there will be very serious and severe consequences against Israel. I pray it doesn't get to that. Check my signature for free stuffs!
Yet you are still stuck in your village since boko Haram killing people up and down...... You have never condemn it in your backyard.

To say UK even abstained from voting says a lot
History actually shows that the UK has been the reason for the crises between the two countries.

If you read on the role UK played during the foundation of those two countries.

It should be noted that Ukraine abstained from voting.

It tells you that what befell them is a poetic justice. In fact, they followed the West to invade Iraq in 2003. It tells you who they're.

My only issue here is, how did Tunisia and Iraq miss out from voting?

These tiny countries supporting this atrocities of Israel are heartless.

You're catching cruise and I will no longer respond to you after this. It's not funny. Real people are dying and it's absolutely irresponsible to mock these souls with laughter emojis. It's abhorrent.

Isreal is not resource-rich, it has a small population and receives a lot of funding from the USA. It's not a rich country per se and that's why most of it's HDI is among the least among OECD countries. Almost all the armoured tanks they rolled out belong to the Arab nations which abandoned them after the war in 1973, Isreal converted them and modified them for use.
It's only a wicked person that will wish that Isreal goes on a perilous path. How many are they? Do you think US , with few months to election, will want US soldiers fighting war and families receiving news of dying children at war front?

Below is a screenshot of the top trading partners of Isreal. Almost all those countries voted against Israel. Their parliaments will adopt this resolution and compel their governments to suspend trade with Israel at first then escalate. China will tactically deny Isreal of resources that Isreal needs to replace its depleting military items.

Both sides should stop the killings. That's the resolution and I support it
The only reason why Hamas attacked on October 7 was because the expected Israel to once again adhere to the UN's resolution.
But that would be the biggest mistake Israel will ever make because Hamas will repeat same before the next 2 year.

Are you talking about the reasons Hamas gave for the murder of women and children, rape and kidnap?
You really think that terrorists need a good reason to inflict terror?
So what was their reason for the 2021 attacks and the 3 other times they lunched tickets into Israel.
Israel has never once initiated an unprovoked attack into Gaza.

Israel has been bombarding Palestinians for 75 years and counting and guess what? nonetities like you do not matter in the scheme of things.

But one thing about history is, America is gradually losing his grip and influence and soon all these noise will die out.

Just watch and wait...

Is there really any need for you to resort to insults? I can understand your type of person though and what you believe, the religion of piss I think, BTW, if anyone that doesn't matter in this case is a nonentity, you are certainly one and all those that voted for that resolution are nonentities too because as you are seeing, Israel are doing what they want and that's what 99% of people in their position will do worse, if you can murder other people in defense of the name if a deaf paedophile, someone may want to defend themselves against terrorists like Hamas and anyone supporting terrorists is one, what Israel is doing is what they call natural selection, no one is stopping them until they finish what they want to do and your whining and ranting here is useless.
The Very clear thing is that I don't support or like the murder of anyone for whatever reason but you want the murder of the Israelites and even that of those that refuse to bow down to a Stone and slam their heads, like the murderous prophet of doom

Will you call igboho a terrorist too? The sane world see things differently from the shit hole, the hope and desire of all IGBO haters is for IGBO land to be known as a terrorist space, but it's not happening, there is no part of nigeria that way is happening in IGBO land is not happening, but every murderer anywhere no matter who they are will meet the same fate they distribute, and anyone who supports terrorists anywhere or is happy at the murder of anyone no matter who they are or what they believe or where they come from will die worse than those murdered

They don't scream bible verses or the name of their God before carrying out their terrorism, that is pretty much the difference.

Islamic terrorism had a strong foundation on their religious ideology and directly copied from your Quoran, and emulation of your Prophet, Muhammad.

So we want to go to who own the land beautiful? Now like you said Israel as it seize to exist a long time ago and were pushed out of the land they conquered very important. Not their homeland but a land they conquered. Now others came and conquered it and eventually Palestine settled there. Made it their home. Several generations of these people lived and tolled this land. Then all of a sudden Israel came back after years with the help of the British I might add who even made it possible. To push these people who all they have ever known is this land as their home. Now on what grounds? On the grounds you conquered it thousands of years ago? Well you lost it and other people took it and made it their home just like you took it and made it yours. Why must it now be yours when neither Palestine nor Israel are the actual owners?

You see the problem. We all know through Nigeria history than many of our tribes travelled and settled where there are now. What happens if people who conquered the land long before our tribes got to our various lands came back. Lets use your tribe for example whatever it is I don't need to know but say your tribe is in this scenario. What do you do? Do you sit down and take it?

For a UN secretary-general to say the attack on Oct 7 didn't happen in a vacuum it says a lot. There isn't a clear cut good or bad guy in this conflict. To say otherwise is to be biased and that's the truth. Look at the scenario I painted on your tribe look at it objectively and remove all bias. What will you do? Will you support your people being forced to leave the only home they have ever known? Or will you agree to live together in the same land like some have suggested or will you agree to divide it into two. And note these people are stronger than you. They have stronger allies, so fighting them in an open war is of no use. Keep in mind these people are also keeping you prisoner. Because the way I have put it now if a Palestine sees this they may come for my head. And they slowly keep taking away your lands your liberties. What do you do? I really want to know.

Remove religious bias, and remove your hatred for Muslims/Arabs if you harbor such at all. I have tried to bring it close to home so you to relate with it more easily. What do you do

You still haven't answered my question, where is Jewish homeland? There is where it is written that the Jews completely left Palestine, they had remnant who stayed and watched over their ancestral land. A sole Jewish state is vital and important like the Arabs have theirs in numbers.

Taking people's home and claiming their most religious sacred temple as Islam's second most important site is a call to anarchy that is now in full display.

If you say the Arabs took over the land through war and what not, the Jews are back to fight and claim as much of the land as possible. It is recognised in international law, lands cab be taken as a spoil of war. Russia did in Ukraine just recently when they took Cremea after waring. The Muslim world is just being greedy to say the least by coveting such tiny land that know belongs to their distant cousins.

If the Palestinians want it back then they should fight for it and as the fight owners are now doing. There is no point being emotional about this. Wars over lands will continue all over the world and innocent human casualty must be recorded. Peace

It's like you are not current. Even US has told Isreal to stop the bombing and US donated $100m for humanitarian supplies for Gaza.

USA opposed the resolution because it lost the vote to get the UNGA adopt its joint draft with Canada to make the UN resolution condemn Hamas and tag it a terrorist organisation. That was humiliating for the US. Remember the UNGA is even holding on US soil o.
US lost big time and China showed them shege.

On your historical claim, please kindly provide proofs of when the UNGA voted against Israel like this and Israel called their bluff and went on bombing for days or weeks after the resolution?smh

It seems you don't know that this resolution is a license for nations to start sanctioning Isreal and giving more support to Hamas. Isreal is a small country of less than 10m , it's not a big country like Russia or China, Iran, Egypt, Nigeria, SA, Turkiye, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Australia, EU, UK, India, Indonesia, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia etc with huge population, huge land mass and rich natural resources deposits .

Sanctions can actually break and weaken Israel. Isreal needs this vital peace and international goodwill the US failed to get it.

Israel is not a member state... I guess?
