This is an attribute called Omoluabi only found amongst the Yoruba. Tinubu paid respect to the mother of Orji Kalu not bowing to the Igbo. This respectful attribute is alien to the Igbos.

This is simply a Yoruba Omoluabi greeting. Using the word bow gives a wrong impression.

It's a culture and traditions for every well trained person(s) in Yoruba land to respect and bow for his/her elders.
Unlike peter Gregory obi who felt that he is above the Yoruba traditional leaders, he neglected his creator and honor pastors and bishops.
But at the end he was humble
