It should be the other way round. Churches shouldn't be located too close to residential areas. These days 'churches' are where you least expect them to be, even in supposedly strict residential areas, someone may claim to be touched and boom- another one springs up.

What is actually the rational about putting up speakers? I can understand during the day, someone might be persuaded to enter the church as a result of what he heard. But at 12 mid night, who will open their gates to go out and attend a Church service that you didn't intend to but were woken up from sleep for.
