There was another useless person there before Murtough. After sacking him we need to employ the right person. Someone who shares a similar vision with the manager and is very capable.

I would like Greenwood back but unfortunately I don’t think it is going to happen. I also don’t think Sir Jim would want to have to deal with that additional headache while settling down.
