Obi said his Government had the money to pay them for two years, which is about 5 Billion Naira, secured in the Bank in order not to encumber the incoming Governor. He also said that the recruitment had been structured in such a way to give all the towns in the state a sense of belonging by making sure that at least 10 persons each come from all the towns in the State.
