Most of you are either olodos or just biased. IREV is just a portal, nothing electronic about it. A portal is like a board. For example, what scores you have on your script (answer sheet) is what will be posted on thr board. If your result is not posted, you go look for you script, most of us faced this in the university. BVAS is the only technology employed. What Nigerians should be clamoring for is who awarded the IREV contract, for how much? Is it worth the price of a portal?

You don't need to sling muds before you air your opinions. I perfectly understand what IREV and BVAS are.

The umpire itself went round the country to tell us it will display results on the IREV portal for the sake of transparency and they later switched it off in the middle of the process.

My question to you is that, Did Supreme court not backed the "switching off IREV" with that statement that IREV is not mandatory?

Nobody is arguing about electronic or not here. We all know how chaotic and fraudulent our elections and electioneering systems have been. We can choose to keep it that way as a people and as a nation. It's all in our hands. As for me, my stand is no sane Nigerians should still be voting in an election chaired by a non- transparent umpire.

If he knows he won't use the portal, he shouldn't be going about locally and internationally telling the world he would. Don't you see a non-transparency in that action? Afterall, IREV is not mandatory.
