It is defibrillator not defrabulator.We have two types,implanted and wearable vests which boost function of heartbeat to stop cardiac arrest.

The two types have manual internal defibrillators ,manual external defibrillator,automatic external defibrillator(AED) which are seen in implanted cardioverter and wearable cardioverter defibrillator
