Yes, Lagos was developed with Niger Delta money, but same money cannot developed Niger Delta because the money is in the accounts of Edwin Clarke, Diezani Maduekwe, imPatience Jonathan, Chief James Onanefe Ibori who was jailed along with his wife, his sister-in-law, his Mistress who was married to another man as at then, and his lawyer.

Definitely, the people of the region need a self assessment

Diezani stole and went to Lagos to sandfill water just to build a high rise there. Stop saying our money. Most standout properties in that Lagos are owned by SS and SE folks.

before 1900 & that was why it was made
the capital of the southern Protectorate.
By this time, nothing like oil or any form
of wealth in the South South.

Most of Nigeria's wealth at the time was
coming from the North ( groundnut, tin
and skins). SE ( palm oil and coal). West,
cocoa & others.☑️✔️☑️✅

Oil was discovered almost 70 years later,
at which point the initially useless, irrelevant and poverty stricken Niger Delta area
became somehow important.

Before then, Niger Deltans were only
known for piracy and consumption of
ogogoro. Even today, they are still
involved in piracy and oil bunkering.
The are too lazy to do any honest work❗️❗️❗️
