Indriver is a criminal company. They charge you for trips that did not happen and will never refund.

God help you if you go to Airport to pick a rider on Indriver and the person later cancelled.

You will lose your commission, your parking fee, and your time plus fuel for driving down to that place.

Worst are those ones that will book at a bus stop. You will get to a place where you can't park and the rider will be asking you to park there. Once you drive away from that place, your commission is gone.

I would rather lose my rating on Bolt than my real money on Indriver.

Their prices self is so ridiculous.

If you master INdriver, you will dump Bolt grin

When buying a naija used car keep extra 300k for repairs to bring it up to standard. That is after u have certified the engine, gear and AC

Dollar go come down because people are coming into the country and the demand for naira will supersede dollar. Mark it somewhere. But it will later go up in January when people are travelling back. So don't buy dollar and keep because you go run at a huge loss. This is pure analysis. Don't play o.

I know the tricks on the platform. I hardly ever call, I use their chat feature 90% of the time. Been a year on and off that platform so I doubt if I can be described as new...they essentially make drivers pay for glitches in their system. A friend of mine's bank card was debited without having his account wallet credited, I assumed he didn't follow the due process until it happened to me after using the same recharge procedure for 9months. The new one wey dey bust my head are rides cancelled by passengers not appearing on trip history, under normal circumstances they don't debit accounts in such circumstances as long as a call wasn't made but lately...they do so at random without even adding the value to the refund balance. The way I track these is by scrutinizing balance statistics. Drivers go hear am once they get significantly higher market share.
It is well.

There is no way dollar won’t go up with this present administration (Padi Padi Govt). Until they know what they are doing. They are trying to subsidize dollars… it will be going up and down.

If you last money is 1.5m

Then wait till you gave additional 200k for revamping. The you can get at least Honda City. As a first time car buyer/owner especially with their last money, being over careful is always the Achilles heel.

So what if you arrive at the pick up point, then message the client and he/she refuses to respond after waiting for like 15 mins, what would you do? Some of them don't have active or reachable phone number. Once they chat you to start coming,on getting there you go call tire and the number won't go through, and to reply chats is a big issue for most of them. You never jam bro. Once i place a call it gives me confidence to go and pick up the person. And i will ring it to the person's ear not to allow me burn my fuel for nothing. It has been working for me but some will still disappoint which is normal among Nigerians, because they don't charge them for cancellation like Uber does.

Without FDI and revenue growth, dollar would keep depreciating in the medium term.

The borrowing up and down can only keep it stable for a while.

Even the Dangote refinery may not turn things around. May only reduce the level of depreciation.

The fact that the government substantially removed a large portion of the subsidy on petroleum and subsidy on FX payment and still struggles with revenue tell you it is in a very deep shit

there’s a learning curve in this hustle, Sooner or later you will learn from experience. You haven’t come across people who will order, give you full assurance and then block you on arrival before you can place a second call after you have arrived. Nigerian women are a very special breed of individuals, or people who will order multiple rides on different platforms and choose whichever arrives first and block the others. Just do whatever works for you, I prefer chatting because most times, It reduces the chances of my account being debited in the event of a cancellation since so many people lack empathy.

That's why I said indriver requires mastery. I have mastered indriver, I hardly get any reports from any rider. 4 years plus on Indriver No permanent block.

Taahhh! I've been using indrive since.
Everything I know about indrive today, I studied them 100% and I've not been blocked for once (not even the temporary blocking).
I've been reported once since I've been using it and all I got was a warning notification, and that happened when I was still new on the app. I knew the sadist that reported me then.
Wetin I go do now that will warrant report self when I don know what I need to know using the app and handling riders?
As I have said severally, if indrive 4k up today, I will ditch them and improvise.
No loyalty to any of them.

Much respect, sir.

grin grin why would you need the confidence to go and pick a rider nah?
If the person cancel after the assurance nkó and indrive come take your money, you go dey vex. grin
It's very simple.
Arrive at pickup point.
Call the rider or wait for 5 minutes to elapse and place the call. Some riders would call you themselves, and some, as you rightly said, would be unreachable and won't reply message.
Just chill for the 5 mins to elapse and cancel the ride if you can't wait any further.
Just that simple. Your money will be added to your refund wallet.
Since me I don understand indrive ooh, I no dey call at all until I get to your PU and click I've arrived. If any cancellation happens there, my money goes straight to my refund wallet.
The grudges we drivers hold against indrive is the "stealing" of driver's money in some situations, but there are ways to avoid that.
Just follow the steps to not get debited without having your money in your refund purse.
Simple.
It is well sha.

Much respect, baba.

Can you see they ignored you since? Let someone reply you, they will leave the solution and start attacking the person attempting to help you.

Back to your question, your muscle is good and will serve you well. It is advisable you get LASDRI considering the fact that you won't be driving on just 1 app.

Since you're just starting out, the first thing to understand how many ehailing apps are there and how each one works. Second is to have a target and have a plan towards achieving it.
