I know the medical professionals in the house might not agree cos they stick to their statistics and thier medical books. Vaginal tears can be prevented and can be reduced significantly. Position you birth matters, position you labour in matters. Internal lubrication, drinking ewedu, okra water, ewe abiwere and much more while in first stage of labour and active labour contribute to your birth success. We need to start to understand how birthing works and how we can help ourselves achieve less traumatic or totally untraumatic birth.

Good evening house, I’m here to solicit for your prayers. I have suffered on this pregnancy like none of my previous pregnancies and I don’t want to lose it. I’m abroad. I did a scan in 6 weeks and I was told all is well with a single baby, but it is compulsory here to have a 1st trimester scan between the 11th-14th week. I went in for my scan today and we were told we are expecting twins same placenta and sac(mono twins). The doctor said one is fine and the other has fluid around the neck and little fluid in the lungs(almost same weight ) and termed healthy* I do not want to say otherwise *. She said because they carry the same genes, they are likely to be both affected so she scheduled another scan for 2 weeks time to check for improvement in the affected twin. And to check both babies at 16weeks for any abnormal chromosomes. If found, then, we may need to consider termination. I rejected it termination because I’ve read a lot of people say they were told same while they birthed their babies being healthy and fine. I’m lost, confused and all. I just need your prayers. We are 11weeks 3days today. The fear of losing one is heartbreaking while the fear of both is mind and soul wrecking. Please house, put us in your prayers. I regretted opting for the test at some point because the tension is too much because knowing will change absolutely nothing.

The Lord perfect everything that concerns you and the kids in Jesus name Amen

Late January, one of my neighbours put to bed and I thought it good to give out the remaining baby things I had left . Me and DH already agreed to put a stop to child bearing after the 3rd child came in 2020. Only to find out early February that I was pregnant. Ha! Mogbe! I don't have anything left!!!
I took it in good faith sha and I started buying things all over again. Omo! It wasn't funny as things were overly expensive, they still are.

Early pregnancy had me vomiting nd uncomfortable. Couldn't withstand pleasant smells but I was eating a lot even though I vomit most of the time.

Second trimester was a free ride. Got my energy back but was constant having heartburn and occasional headache.

Third trimester, heartburn and pelvic pain was my companion. At a point, I considered getting
a break from work but I didn't because I knew I'd be tired of sitting at home. I managed till the very day I gave birth.

On 10th November, I told dh that I wanted sex after I got back from work. He was like, are you sure? We had sex that night and at about some minutes after 1.00am, I woke up to a stomach ache. I went to the toilet, did my thing and I went back to bed but the ache didn't subside so I started timing it. It was coming after every 4minute and some seconds.
I was able to manage the contractions till 2.45am when I woke dh up. Told him to put some hot water in the flask and prepare some noddles for the kids against daybreak.
We got to the hospital at exactly 4.24am. I was 6cm dilated. The contractions were coming back to back and I was managing it by breathing through the mouth. Ha my people, I thought boya kpe I was seeing shege until the nurse inject pitocin in my drip. People of the world, I started seeing shege pro max. I screamed o, as my back was on fire. In the space of 30min, I started feeling the urge to poo. I couldn't hold it, I started pushing (my mistake). Even though I was fully dilated but the nurse said I should be patient but I didn't listen.
The baby came out at 6.14am with serious tear to my cervix. The suturing is another story entirely.

In all, I give glory to the Almighty God. It wasn't easy o but looking at my son, it's worth all the pains.

Safe delivery to the remaining mamas. May God make it easy for you all. To the TTC, may God Almighty ease your affairs and grant you pious children that'll be the coolness of your hearts.

Finding out I was pregnant wasn't a difficult thing for me as I noticed I was getting darker and couldn't see my period as at when due so I had to run a blood test to be sure and to the glory of God,lo and behold it came out positive and that was out the journey started.......
First trimester was hell!!!!jeez this was my 3rd pregnancy and I never felt so horrible in the first 2,I couldn't eat anything not even water, vomiting anything that enters into my mouth, couldn't stand the odour of anything,my business had to be on hold cos I didn't have any strength,I was on bed throughout those months, went to the hospital to register for ANC,given some drugs to stop the nausea and vomiting but for where?
Fast forward to second trimester, getting little little strength but still sick, tummy was already showing unlike my previous pregnancies that it's until 6mnts before I start showing, this one na lie ooo 3mnts people don already know say I get belle.I felt very sick at a time and dh had to take me to the hospital, was told I had malaria and I got admitted, discharged the 3rd day and was feeling better.I started buying baby stuffs bit by bit as I didn't have anything related to baby in my house again cos I dashed everything out(my second daughter has already clocked 9 in March)so people assumed that's the reason my morning sickness was very severe.I did my 2nd ultrasound and it came out that I'll be having a baby girl🙄🙄I said okk naa na me be mama girls as I don already get 2 girls before but who am I to complain??
Third trimester was okay,I could eat anything and everything, stronger than before but I was darker than darkness with a big nose that people hardly recognize me,chai this belle show me shege but all in all it was a wonderful experience. When I was 36 weeks,I started having contractions but it wasn't mild,I told myself that if I don't see any sign,I won't head to the hospital,37 weeks same thing,38 weeks,my mum advised I go to the hospital. When I got there,my BP was checked and was told it's a bit high, still having contractions, got checked and cervix was closed, doctor also told me that at my last appointment that I did urine test, that there was protein in my urine and the only available option is to have an elective CS(this was on Oct 25th),he wanted to admit me immediately but I told him I would like to go home first and come back the next day. When I got home, told dh and he said it's fine so far it's for the safety of both mother and child, called my mum and she had to come stay with us and as early as 5am the next day,we headed to the hospital. At about 9:15am,I was taken to the theatre and that was it,woke up 5mins to 11am and felt my pregnancy had disappeared lol,saw mum and dh beside and the first thing I asked was "where's my baby"and they handed my baby over to me.Who am I not to be grateful Oh Lord!!!.
Momma's in as much as we all want to experience labor, please if the doctors advised you go for CS please it's for our own good, I've seen cases where some women will bind and cast anything related to CS and at the end loosing either the mother or child or even both sometimes, please CS is not a sin or curse.May God bless all our LOs and safe delivery to the remaining momma's,there shall be no loss.Sorry for the long post.Cappo Tinudesi BS submitted and please my Edd was Nov 6 not 26 as posted.
