Good day House, I have a Question and my story long

..In 2021 I was opportune to go to the UK for schooling MSC and I couldn't finish my schooling due to personal reasons, that put me into depression so I stopped school, and through that period, and my stay in the UK, I was working more than 20hrs per week in different carehomes.

...So before my visa was expiring, I left the UK to avoid bad travel history or overstay because I plan to come back through full time work.

So I reached out to several carehomes I worked for in the UK, which has cos and I asked for sponsorship and 2 agreed to sponsor since there know how good I was working for them without no issue.

So my Questions goes like this

1. Will my 20hours per week I worked when I was in the UK affect my decision making for a healthcare visa to the UK when I apply for it.

2. My inability to finish school affect my decision making.

This carehome know me right from when I was in the UK and have agreed to sponsor me, so am scared of my chances of getting a visa Approval.

Please this is my email 🙏 divinecrimp@gmail.com

To answer your question:

1. Working more than 20 hours per week on a student visa is a breach of your visa regulations which is valid ground for revoking your visa, just like working or overstaying on a Visitor's visa. So if I'm being honest with you, it CAN affect your visa decision.

2. Your inability to finish school does not affect your visa decision. Anyone is free to dropout at any time.

Conclusion: From what you have said, you have breached your visa regulations, however, you won't know if it WILL affect it or not if you do not make an application. I'll advise you to put in that application if you have the funds for it. The worst that can happen is that your application is denied. But you will never know this if you don't try.

I hope this helps

No.1) I was once a student. I know a few students who did more than 20 hours, applied and successfully switched to work visa, but Home office later discovered them and cancelled their stay. This is a 50/50 something.

No.2) Prior to your exit, did you fulfill all the conditions of your Tier 4 visa sponsorship? My concern here is, did you clear all your fees owed to your sponsor (University). Did your sponsor report you or threaten to report you to UKVI for lack of school attendance?

Hi, are you the one who once asked here about the possibility for sponsorship for MH nurses from Nigeria?
When you say Trust, do you mean an NHS Trust?🤔 I doubt that an NHS Trust would request money from an applicant in any guise, let alone chatting you up on WhatsApp.
Ensure you apply via NHS jobs website, and that you're dealing with NHS Trusts directly, not agencies. Most NHS Trusts even offer a full relocation package to RNMH, because it's a hard-to-recruit field. You can request that as well if you're successful, it's not too much for a RNMH.
Hello. I am about paying the 140 pounds for mental health registration. I am not a mental health nurse but I was advised against adult nursing.
My fear is, after passing ielts and cbt, would there be issues? This one that jobs seems scarce and this is just November. How much more next year?

I had a very good reason why I had to dropout school, due a kidnapping trauma on my family back in Nigeria.

My mistake is that I didn't carry the school along, I just dropped out.

.. as for 20hours a week, If I can show strong proof for reasons I worked those hours probably add the kidnapping to the case will that help.

.... And I didn't overstay my visa, I left before it expired.

...and for my tuition money wasting, I made atleast a good chunk before I left the UK.

...so this time, I be going is purely for work. Una don dey fear me, wey be say my COS don show. Whats left for me is to evaluate my bsc through naric.

..So me leaving the UK on my way without overstaying or the immigration on my neck wouldn't that give Dem atleast a positive mindset say this nigga left genuinely on his own.

If u dropped out and went back home to support your folks through the trying time...it would have been easy to explain in addition to a good police report of the kidnapping.

But u stopped going to school and started working like u are on tier 2..... Good luck explaining that to UKVI...most especially, if all u paid was tuition deposit cool

By the way...what the purpose of putting ur email in ur first post... I still dey suspect you. cool

Please can I use my RIN book, the part of mental health posting to show evidence of training? I also did mental health posting during internship and I signed log book for it. Can I photocopy or scan those sheets and add to my applications or there's no need??

Application is a straight forward thing, no one will ask you about the mental health certificate. The only thing NHS Foundation trust is concern about is your IELTS results and CBT Results (You must choose mental health when registering for CBT). If you haven't passed the above mentioned, don't apply.

Wait until you pass IELTS before writing CBT. Because CBT is easier to pass than IELTS.

I wrote IELTS 5times before I was able to combine my results but CBT is just once.

You will get an offer letter then documentation/contacting reference. If they are fully satisfied with your documents, COS will be issued. Always check your application on Trac also, you will also be doing some things there like accepting the offer

....

One thing we all know ukvi for is that they love transparency.... If u leave out any funny details they will automatically assume u are hiding an intentiinally committed wrong deed

Unless the school magically forgot you. there's a huge chance u have been reported to immigration...

So I would suggest u use a cover note to present your narrative.....Me I don't think u should mention depression since it was not diagnosed and u have no proof for it....but u can mention distabilized, traumatized, and unfocused

If u can present the police report that has the date of that period and pictures ...u can use it has proof to sell ur kidnapping narrative that made u destabilized and eventually made u go home without completing ur studies ....good for you u didn't over stay ......that may be a small advantage

If u escape..... what I am afraid for u is ..all this payment u received during studies went through your NI, which will be reviewed when u want to apply for ILR

Omo 11k is too much to just give out like that, I will advice you look for all this immigration consultants licensed by OISC and they don’t charge much, the ones I and my wife used charged us 8k for both getting the job, issuing COS and visa application from the 8k, the only extra money we paid was for passport delivery, my wife visa came out 28 of October just 10 days after bio, mine is awaiting as the dependent, at least you have someone in UK 🇬🇧, just tell the person to help check out any of the immigration consultants under OISC
thanks
