We need a balance mildfield of Nwakali- Iwobi - Onyedika/ Alhassan

Push Ndidi to CB with Torunarigha/bassey/Akpoguma if fit and Osayi/Bronu as RB & LB respectively.

Then bring back Maduka Okoye

i want to check something grin

So Mba had enough "commitment" to win AFCON but didn't have it to make an excellent footballing career.

Nigerians and bandwagon effect. Reminds me of the country chanting "restructuring" under GMB as if that's the panacea to the citizen's complicity to corruption.

Pillar to post exercise
When an average player was given the opportunity he didn’t disappoint
He probably over performed beyond expectations
This is what will happen if you give some local boys the chance to shine

We don’t want Ndidi at centre back o
Except that’s what he wants
He played that position severally for Leicester last season & they were beaten badly to relegation
He should play his best position which is 4 if you ask me

Group that we are supposed to seal qualification in as early as the sixth or seventh game we just used our first two games to play tumbo tumbo, now our dusted calculators are out in full force, God has to punish NFF first before the Pajero niccur.

Let's not celebrate yet. Remember we still have to play them. I was checking their previous results yesterday and they seem to hold their own against the big African teams nicking stalemates here and there.
At this point everybody in this group is a suspect.

Exactly! No way to pre-test who will "over perform beyond expectations". Just as you'd not agree to allow a subpar phone technician handle your phone repair for example.

In fact it is more evident that such pattern is not sustainable with the way majority of that team fizzled out.

Again I ask, the "passion and commitment" they seem to now be chorusing about, why did it not follow them to their respective clubs

We are definitely qualifying from that group. We can’t afford to drop any point. I don’t see South Africa coming back to win.

No one is overrating Kelechi Nwakali. We just said we need someone sound in deep lying playmaking role. Kelechi Nwakali is a natural for the role. He is not a magic wand but an extra dimension to our play.
See, i gave two instances. But, like we demanding solutions from Komek, I'll appreciate if other names can be mentioned to solve the midfield issues whenever it comes up. That way, Kali doesn't look like the only one. I still maintain my initial stance of him till further notice with all sincerity. Till then....

I agree with you. This is where the coach needs to do more thinking and screening. I agree Iwobi will be most suited supplying the final passes for the forwards but I think Peseiro is also prioritizing build up plays and is going with what he has available.

If he studies the players outside the box, I believe he can get a better set up to get a more balanced play.

However, he can not achieve this if he does not prioritize the number of midfield players in camp.
Pes should just get out anyway. He's clueless and thinking worse than a NPFL coach. Not even in-game sense. I doubt these boys even listen and enact all he screams from the touchline during a match.

I was waiting to see how SA will perform on that pitch.

grin The funny thing to me is that they both field largely home/africa based but the quality of the leagues are so far apart.

Nigeria has no excuse not winning all remaining home games + at least the away Lesotho match (15points)

We should just forget about this world cup.
The players are not ready. NFF is not serious.

Also, I think there's conspiracy against Nigeria.
Our matches came too soon.
Artificial turf was approved for Nigeria.
Lesotho and Zimbabwe would be playing their home matches in South Africa. That's more home matches for SA, a team in same group. Who does that?
NFF didn't notice or protest any of this. Algeria protested our last match in 2018 even when they were already out.
.

I am turning my attention away from SE and d useless coach I want to focus on nff.

How these moribund and marabout politicians parading themselves as football administrators are able to sleep at night beats my imagination(s).

If they are running a company and one of their worker is malfunctioning going or submitting application letter to another company would they fold hands and siddon look?

What are the terms and conditions of jpajero’ s contract that makes it difficult for them to sack him knowing fully well he has been disloyal while on duty with Nigeria?

I visited Owngoal website today and I nearly broke down in tears when I read Sunday Dye(dare) and Amugo pigdick were so happy-as if dey were at the point of climax- to speak to Morihole over whom to choose for SE when they conducted interviews.

Had Nigeria being well managed, it should have bin other way round.

How could a nominal, sane and (responsible people carrying the aspirations of about 189m people go for a coach dat came third? Walahi, ogbe nu tan, beyond words.

Now to sack him as become an Herculean task. May God delivers us from d plague of nff.

Wo baba oni soribu. That GK will be a catalyst for SE failure at AFCON and WCQ if he had not already be self.
