I read through their responses to the comments line by line. I don't quite agree with some but some explanations are fairly reasonable. Now they'll be more meticulous and careful about what they spend on. Many other states are opaque so I appreciate their transparency.

The Procurement agency should be more prudent and diligent going forward. It's a step towards achieving good governance.

Jacob Zuma as President of South Africa was caught in similar situation as Sanwo Olu, he was forced to resign, was tried and even jailed. That is in Africa.
