Is the court now saying PDP did not have a candidate in the elections by virtue of his withdrawal when the people voted for PDP? Shouldn't PDP be allowed to replace him?

Yes, PDP can't replace him because it's beyond the 90days allowed for replacement, it's not like he died, it was a voluntary withdrawal

PDP was voted top to bottom in his constituency because of the Governorship candidate of the PDP..and now he wants to reap where he didn't sow.

I pity the electorates that wasted the votes on the party...it's a sad one for them.

This PDP guy is supposed to be heavily sanctioned.

I think we are gradually heading to a one-party system because this new trend of nullifying the INEC election results in favor of APC candidates is alarming.

This is also a sign that the election wasn’t free and fair.

Owodunni campaigned for APC.
The PDP candidate won the election but INEC gave certificate to Owodunni. Owodunni now feel wow this is a chance for me to be an Honourable with bogus salary forgetting his past deed will work against him.

But when the issue of qualifications was raised by Atiku, Peter Obi and APM at the PEPT, the court ruled that Atiku, Peter Obi and APM are meddlesome interlopers

This is a good judgement. This happen in my constituency. Owodunni is a senseless guy, unstable and manipulator. He withdrew from the race due to he fact that he owed his friends money, he spent all the money those one sent to him from abroad to build houses for them to pursue party primaries. Immediately after this, the guys asked for their money. PDP messed up, it is highest bidder as usual. The same evidence APC gave is the what the second runner up gave but our Judges are just useless. Anyways, congratulations to the winner. Owodunni was a fool, not smart. He had been used and dumped now
