this coach better do thorough scouting as there are many leagues, cup and competitions springing up with talent and fitted players back here in nigeria instead of inviting european based players that sometimes do not have matches fitness and recovery. Problem with nigerian football is appoint a coach without any scouting or scouting programs/department and boom expect them to win the world cup. Even in european best teams the players you see on television, commentaries and in line up gets there not by ordinary merits but through better and proper scouting programs which are thoroughly done occasionally in their country, you can ask the Belgium national team as a core example.
