The only ground that the governor can win at the Supreme Court is if it is established that he shouldn't have been removed by the court of appeal on the same 'structure' issue and if that happens then it'll call for review of those who were also removed on the same ground. That's the tragedy of Nigeria's democracy. People's votes are no longer sacred. The courts can cancel peoples votes based on errors by INEC or the parties, or any other technical issues. The courts have taken over to determine those that represents the people.

The electoral law and the constitution made sure INEC monitors the parties from primaries to the election proper. Why did INEC accept the candidates, screen the candidates, put their names on the ballot and announced them validly elected, only for the court to disqualify their candidacy and votes?

PDP had a fallout with a member who went to court, the court issued a judgement against PDP to the effect that PDP should hold a new congress. PDP held a new congress and the aggrieved member contested and lost & everyone moved on.

APC had high hopes of winning Plateau but lost after spending hugely. After the loss APC began to brag of how their connect will be used to grab power & now tried to resurrect a dead case that has been settled at the Federal High Court and Appeal Court. Can APC assume the right of a PDP member and institute a case against PDP? Can a case which is considered as preelection start at the tribunal?
Every politician on the Plateau know PDP has a valid exco moreover the supreme Court has settled it that it is the NWC that nominate & sponsor a candidate. Qualification is about the candidate.

There was a repeated congress on the 25th of September 2022 and non of the actors went to court after the repeated congress. It's clear there's a conspiracy against Plateau state and I can assure you come 2027 APC will be sent packing again. Lalong became governor as a result of protest votes because of Baba Jang insistence on GNS and sadly Lalong sold us out...you and I know Lalong can't win any election again in Plateau state.

Except baba Lar none of those you mentioned are better than baba Jang. Whether it be projects, security & equity. Baba jang's productive governance is why PDP returned to power on the Plateau even Baba Useni contested in 2019 on the achievements of Baba Jang and lost due factors of INEC which was checked in 2023. Baba put smiles on the faces of Plateaunians

This is what happened when a party decided to force their wish on their people in contravention of their own constitution. PDP brought this upon themselves. APC suffered same fate in Zamfara 4 years ago, hence, PDP, as they refused to learn from history are now reliving history.
The problems of our democracy are the politicians NOT the Judiciary. Judiciary will always interpret the law while politicians will always want to flout the law for their own selfish ambition. Until our politicians begin to respect their party's constitution, the court will continue to determine which party rule in Nigeria. We should not be sentimental but look at the root cause of the happenings in our political terrain
