Let the young man enjoy the spotlight. He has received deserved criticism so its no biggie if he gets some hype at least for today.

There are many things to fault the NFF on, the reduction in the falcon's payment isn't one of them. The same article you read explains why that happened. FIFA is solely responsible as they had an agreement with Australia to tax whatever price money teams that played in Australia gets. And since Nigeria played their games in Australia the falcons sadly were taxed. NFF isn't the culprit here.
.

Thank you sir for d correction. But my glasses must have fell off when reading that part. Sir I will like to re-read checking again. Thanks once again, sir.

Patrick Paschal, ex shooting stars and I think Wikki Tourists utility player. I don't remember the Ganiyu guy, name doesn't ring any bell and I think Bora Mutivitamin dropped both of them for the 98 WC team.

According to a report from TEAMtalk, the Hammers have identified Sanusi as the replacement for long-serving defender Aaron Creswell.

Sad
E be like say scam dey everywhere lol
They’d also pay tax here in Nigeria
Although no way close how it’s done in the west but it’s somewhat unfair
Thought it’s only your country of residence that should do the taxation
FIFA wasn’t straightforward about this tournaments pay beforehand I think

We have loads of options in the CF and wing back positions
If only we had the same for other positions
Like what happens if Iwobi gets injured
Nigeria should have Team A, B & C ready to go at any point in time
With a blend of quality home based and foreign players

I don't think they get taxed in Nigeria, will probably need to find out more. I however know the South African teams get taxed by their revenue service. The problem with this deal is FIFA. They shouldn't have agreed even though Australia made it a part of their hosting conditions. Funny thing is, teams that played in New Zealand (the second host team) didn't get taxed. The alternative for FIFA should have been to negotiate for a different type of tax if Australia had insisted, so the cut wouldn't have been this significant. They goved here, hopefully they learn from this.

So how will the American team survive this
Although I know the Americans are well taken care of by their FA
but Australia taking one third of their pay & then the American IRS taking one third from that same pay & they’d be left with one third. Doesn’t make sense
I doubt this was a transparent deal prior to the competition
Shocking to hear though
