Don't be a pessimist

Let's be +ve for once.

Many of claimed that our currency cannot have any value because we are not producing anything.

We want to start producing refined crude oil for local consumption and export yet some of you still believe the Nigerian system won't let our currency to grow.

Haba now?!
anybody wey no like this news can Jakpa to the streets of Canada. There's still more space on the street corner where you can erect a small tent or cardboard to live.

A wise investor will not rush in and will wait until the stock price crashes, the Dangote refinery will be overvalued in its initial listing because of the positive sentiment through the media hype around the white elephant projects. cool
1 A refinery that will import 60-70% of its crude because NNPCL can't meet the quota.
2 A refinery that will be financed with FOREX which Nigeria's economy can't provide in abundance and it will take a while for other countries to start considering Dangote has a major trade partner.
Verdict: the best time to invest in the Dangote refinery is when the price of Crude oil in the global market crashes, as for now don't try it.

When we tell people that Dangote Refinery is starting next month, they think we are lying to them
Those of us who patrol this corridor are excited about the prospects which this project will unleash on the Nigeria and West Africa.
Pinnacle Oil (owners of the Largest Tank Farm in Lekki Free Trade Zone) is already bigger than some Tank Farms in Apapa, you might want to argue but I encourage you to visit and see for yourself.Don't be a doubter, visit the corridor and you will be amazed
Jezco Oil (Joeyzaza) is already building a massive warehouse/company in that corridor, not to mention the tens of company already in the Lekki Free Trade zone
Aliko Dangote will probably break into the top 20 richest people in the world with this project and listing it on the stock exchange is giving people opportunity to partake of this project
I encourage you reading this to consider getting a piece of property around Ibeju Lekki to Ode Omi if you can afford it because that location will be probably the most expensive property market in Africa in the next few years
I also hope the parasites in NNPCL are ready to dance naked because their free money is about to come to an end
2025😂😂. Wake up from your sleep

Go and ask people who are Dangote sugar shareholders despite the soaring price of sugar in the market, yet no dividend for them.

But don't forget that Nigeria systems is not working in that way, the more you look the less you see.

Why the Nigeria Stock Exchange and not New York? This is a purely business and sentiment should be kept apart.

The strict auditing requirements from NYSE might be too much for Dangote to handle.

But it's not to the betterment of Nigerians.

Dangote is a greedy business man.

He doesn't want no competition (Monopoly)

Why did he fought for Ibeto cement to be closed. And the government revoked his license. He used his connection in power.

Ibeto flooded the market and crashed the price of cement. Dangote is just wicked

As it is yet to commence production, it's better to approach FG again to buy more shares before public listing. Not sure public investors would have FG patience

Yes, that is will be great - because is a sign of Acceptability, Proven integrity, Efficiency and Profitability and good Returns on Investment!
But I want to advise. Dangote to allow the Nigerian People and Masses - enjoy the presence of these Refineries:
1. Products should be at a Reduced Costs to Nigerians, before the Exchange Listings.
2.+including the Locality- like Epe and Lekki environ, should be given Scholarships for their Children,on regular basis- to reduced acrimonies,as we see in Niger- Delta Local activities! This should be a Must!
3.Prirotised Your Sales and Services - Nigeria Masses First- then Exports of the Products - to generate more Foreign Exchange ( FOREX)!
A Country like Nigeria- with over 200 +Millions- can only be better and our Population is a huge Advantage!
God bless Dangote and
God bless NIGERIANS.

Except for business... buying land around refinery is not advisable. People might end up selling their lands away at giveaway price. Also seems he's not planning to refine petrol from the report. Hmmmn!
