You again Beverly?

Everything is always victimisation to you.

LASG officials already said anybody with approval should provide it.

Let them provide it na. Abi, no evidence as always?

Provide?? When they as criminals assured the developers that there will be no issue as the governor is involved ...they might even have given them fake documents

They must be jealous in their own state and land isn’t it? Tell your scavenger brothers to go back to their lands in the east to avoid Yoruba jealousy. undecided

Even the developers are yorubas. What's the colour of your problem. Any developer that doesn't follow the legal means would have any structure built on those land brought down.

The foolish building owners were even trying to bribe those carrying out the demolition. You wonder why the saying goes that a "fool and his money are soon parted".

Better they go to court Instead of wailing on social media.
Re: Exchange Between Ilemona Onoja And Tokunbo Wahab by Segzy19: 5:11pm On Nov 29, 2023
Everybody is complicit in this issue

1. Omo online or developer that sold land or house to people corruptly

2. The buyer that failed to do verification before buying or building. You can afford to build or buy a property of 100s of millions but can't afford just 1 - 2 million naira to do proper verification and seek approval

3. The corrupt government officials that (maybe) issued fake permits and approvals...

So you can see that it's a triangle with all sides connected....

The law is the law. It panders not to sentiments and emotions....

Government are also part of the scam...they work hamd in hand with these developers... in Europe , there would have been serious protests by now... the same way these Government officials approved tall buildings that collapsed in ikoyi

How broke, penniless, homeless boys on Nairaland are celebrating the demolition of fellow citizen's houses built with their sweat out of tribalism and useless partisan politics that doesn't benefit them directly and they feel so good praising government that doesn't even care about them nor know if they exist, black man is truly a disgrace to humanity

The whole essence of the thread is for them to show us the approvals they got. Heck, they can even take the approvals to court and sue the government. Simple as ABC.
