He even threw a challenge that anybody that has an approval should come out with his approval...on tv,radio etc.
The govt had said this long ago and nobody has been able to come out.

My brother, Building approval is different from C of O or Governor's consent. You can own a land with C of O but you still need building approval. Lack of building approval on a legitimate land should NOT warrant Demolition except the building is found to be defective or the building is on a commercial plot. Heavy fines should be the penalty

You sound like you’ve not own a land or house before but it’s OK. I’ve you been to new site before where you will see Town planning signs on the some building and they will still continue working on it? Even some will use cement to clean the sign off. Some houses need to be demolish in Lagos if they want to enjoy their environment. Sometime water causes traffics in Lagos during rain season so please let the state government work on necessary things and if anyone isn’t comfortable with it they can move to other state.

Governments are not touts that go around looking for buildings under construction. It is the responsibility of builder to ensure his/her site is approved.
