Let me just make it easy for u to comprehend.
Using a Corolla u make 4x or 5x ur fuel.

So if u use 5k fuel u make 20k
10k fuel u make 40k
20k fuel u make 80k.

Provided u don't do long distance drive to pickup for a very short trip repeatedly.

Normally I knew this right here is capping!!

10k fuel.

On Indrive, negotiated 6k with the guy and he agreed.

Total cash at hand 30,300. Bolt gave bonus to riders.

Though I still have chinkini fuel to make about 3k.

I use 2009 Toyota Camry

Hmmm great, So that's 20,300 net after fuel and commissions.

Princely01 and all intending hustlers hope you can read btw the lines.

If you make your judgement solely on motivation speaker pearl1910 you will end up complaining bitterly and thinking you are lazy, you don’t know the hustle you need to join telegram group or it’s your car that is consuming fuel.

Listen to pearl’s motivation when you are already in the hustle and you need to push yourself to work and earn more, e.g set 1 million target for December and you will see yourself driving day and night, no sleep no resting until your body or car breaks down or you meet the 1 million target.

I've been noticing everything you've been dishing out so far and I can boldly say you're just here to discourage whoever wants to venture into the hustle.

It's 10pm, it's a destination trip, am going home and I stay around ogudu...I just needed to take any trip to augment fuel...any amount will be just fine...

You no suppose fear cos I no go follow you drag this kind fare of 1.9k or 2.5k nah. grin

I picked one girl from NOUN in VI, she literally increased the fare and I picked it. While on the ride, I asked her why she did that, she said she knew that with that price, she would quickly get a driver.
There are some people who understand "situations". There are some situations you will need to leave ASAP to get to your house/destination.
But some mumu people go still reduce amount even when there's traffic at night.
Those ones go tey for bus stop. Kikikiki. 😁

Much respect, baba.

Not really baba, I think the biz is kinda saturated now, especially for indrive, driver PICK ANYTHING!
Just put any price and someone MUST PICK!!!! Sometimes, not all though but some of those high price you see on indriver are those rookie rider wey never Sabi how to lower the price, any price that the app shows, na wetin Dem dey put forward..you see those Prince Abiodun Oniru olosho, they are ready to enter for free, if you no mind!!!

I agree cos na truth you talk. 💯
I think those drivers that normally pick anyhow prices they see would have reduced by number, only few mumu drivers would probably still remain to learn their lesson.
I guess those suzuki crabs are the ones remaining in this category, cos those ones no even send anybody. grin na to pick anything pickable.
When drivers refuse to pick their nonsense offer, they (riders) will sit up and up their game to normal or even above normal self.
If your car is top notch and everything working perfectly especially AC, you won't pick nonsense rides.
I can't count the number of times riders have complained about rude/dirty drivers with no working AC, these are the drivers that will be picking nonsense rides since they have nothing extra to lose, or render to the rider.
Those drivers who make posts begging for spanners, extra tyres, jump starter, etc on passengers' page are the real suspects of pick-anyhow-rides.
If you're selective and use your sense with calculations, you won't beg for those items, you will have them intact.
And for those oniru olosho. grin grin grin
I dey see dem well well. Me no dey kuku rush. I go just chill to catch the best offer amongst them.
Oniru entirely is one of the best positioning radius for a driver. You will never lack.

Much respect, boss.

I'm not saying you should not listen to the encouraging and discouraging parts of any comments you read here, but here is the truth; don't challenge those veteran drivers on this platform if you've not got the grip of the hustle. Imagine if dem ignore me when I started as a newbie, wetin I know today fit no come easy at all. My blokus for don roast fire before I get sense. grin
Instead of challenging them, challenge yourself.
This hustle needs no thorough lesson cos you will gain all the experiences on field.
If someone tellls you that you will gross 20k with 5k fuel, do you need to fault that? NO!
What you should do is to go and buy that 5k fuel and see if you will make that 20k gross.
If someone tells you that you will gross maximum of 12k with 5k fuel, don't doubt the person, use your 5k fuel to achieve that 12k and see if you will make more than that.
Then, you have something to throw to the platform from your field experience.
These people are way above us in this hustle, so, we gotta give them that space.
One can't even challenge any veteran driver if he has not hustled for 6 months at least.
1 year driving experience with 5/6/7 years experience no be small gap.
Na to do like a newbie and learn the way.
In this hustle, they can only show you the way, na you go find your way.
If I'm not mistaken, I've never for once challenged anyone here of what they make with a particular amount of fuel. When they post it, I keep quiet and went behind and try it.
Whatever I make with such fuel is what I always post here fact 💯.
Okay. I used 15k fuel gross over 60k last 2 Sundays, you gonna refute that?
Study, learn, and find your own way.

I just did this 24,800 on 5k fuel this evening.
NB: this is with Surge of about 1.2-1.4. without surge I still would have got my 20k plus or minus 2k

As u can see in the second pic my first trip was around 5pm after I finished my side hussle. grin
And this is 10pm

Third pics is my current fuel tank. I bought 10k fuel on an empty tank in Ojodu this morning. Went to my office in Ikeja n parked d car till when I finished around 5.

So tell me if I have even used upto 5k fuel on trips sef. This remaining fuel can still give me another 20k minimum if I was still working but I am heading home now.

Otondo say I dey cap, I no blame u, na me dey do free consultancy.

The comment I've been looking for 🙏
Wow! Not bad.

But ok do you mean 18k gross or 18k net.
This is quite okay, thanks to the 1.5L engine.

A moove guy ones told me he did 38k gross on 10k fuel.....So that's 28k net.
18k gross is what i do with 5k fuel. And i do only indrive and Rida for now. I don't have time for bolt until second week of December when everywhere becomes red.
Those Suzuki guys should make more with that 10k fuel but the company restricts them from using other apps. Na only móóve guys wey smart dey use other apps in a coded way,but they must not be caught. Uber go doesn't pay them at all. And they must meet up with 12 trips target per day for a whole six days in a week. With 10k fuel and that 3 plugs engine those guys should gross about 45k,but moove spoilt their work with their strict policies. If God finally blesses me with a 3 plugs engine vehicle, omo my own don better. I don hammer.

Well I can do 50k with 12k gas, one thing I observe is good price, long trip and back to back trips as long as your engine doesn’t get cold or lock in unnecessary traffic.

Yesterday I did 26700 with 11k gas and the crazy part was it being short trips. I didn’t even pass ikeja to Magodo all thro yesterday as my car did overheating and I have to pulse for like 3 hours. I think stop for a long time inbetween driving makes the car to consume more gas.

I usually leave home by 10am and go out to buy fuel and eat breakfast, then start work proper by 11. At times I don't get the trip I want till 12 noon.

I close by 7pm.

So let's say I work btw 7 to 8 hours

Stop this thing, you're being insensitive, no dey make some people feel like they aren't doing the job right or their car isn't in good shape....

5k fuel is just about 8litres
How many litres will someone use from berger to ajah under bridge, I'm pretty sure you won't use less than 6litres for that distance even when the road is free but will berger to ajah bridge give you above 10k on regular day, let's say 12k maximum.

Can the remaining 2litres give you 8k to make it 20k and that 2litre can't take you from ajah under bridge to Maryland bus stop...

The work now varies, you can't say this is what you will get with a certain fuel but sticking to bolt without surge, you can't make 20k with 8litres of fuel...

8litres can't take you from Maryland to ajah to and fro and you will agree with me that the highest estimate bolt will bring from Maryland to ajah will be 9k without surge and you can't use 8litres to cover to and fro...

I hardly gross 27k with 10k fuel, and sometimes, I can get above 30k depends on the trips...

If you're using 1.6l engine, maybe roughly, you can do to and fro with 8litre fuel from Maryland to ajah but you won't still gross 20k with that...

This isn't fight, but, I'm just being realistic...

Why do u always lie that ur car consumes fuel. What's ur aim? How can u use 5k to make 12k?
So after fuel and Commission u r left with a meager 25% as profit?
Typical behavior of a driver; to b giving excuse upon excuse, complain upon complain so u have reason to skip payment.

On indrive, the key to determine those that manipulate original fares is to look at rider's ratings first. Anything below 4.5, I dont even bother bid, I skip it straight.
Rider's with high ratings usually stick with the app suggested price or are open to accepting higher bids.

I'm not here to trade words with you but stop this pressure you're putting on people.
Someone will read what you wrote there and start wondering what's not right about what he's doing whereas there's no wrong thing anywhere.

Like I said up there
5k fuel can't take you to and fro from Maryland to ajah and let's say it does if there's no traffic, highest estimate on bolt says 9k, and, you and I know you can't reach that highest estimate if there's no traffic on your way at the end of the trip and let's even assume you reached 9k after getting to ajah, can the remaining fuel out of the 5k fuel being you back to Maryland to get another 9k?

It's a big No and that's just 18k trip to and from

I might have lied in saying highest I get from 5k fuel is 12k, yeah might be exaggeration, some days , I can get 16k with it but truth is, hardly you will get 16k with 5k fuel if you're doing bolt without surge...

Mind you, I bought 16litres of fuel inside my car and went to laderin from North west in Maryland, to and fro, I didn't use the fuel finish, to and fro was about 180km if not more than so I can say my car is doing very fine when it comes to fuel efficiency...
