What a coincident. OP, like you were sent to me. I'm dealing with exactly same thing right now. Both feet. Never had such pain in my life. I've learnt a lot about this. I'm expecting result of uric acid level today. Thanks to all who advised on remedies.

Gout, we mainly get from what we eat which includes, Red meat, sugary drinks, alcohol ..... etc I woke up one cold morning and noticed I could not walk properly as my left big toe was swollen, for 2 weeks I was bedridden as the leg needed to be suspended for the pain to ease, to cut a log story short I saw a doctor got drugs and the toe healed.

Lo and behold 2 weeks later the right toe went through the same process.

I don't know why the pics are nott loading, and lastly don't mind toe nails when you are in pains to touch the foot is something else.

You be big man.. Gouty arthritis is mostly cause by excess protein intake as your body generates uric acid from protein metabolism... Nicknamed disease of the kings back then

I'm currently in the healing process of what I suspect to be either Arthritis or Gout.

It's been 4 months since I had the initial plan all over my joints my spine was worst hit initially but use of drugs it subsided and went to my right leg and feet.

My feet was swollen I couldn't stand or sit with them the pains was brain damaging at some point I feel I could Breath proper.

After series of pain relieve medicines it subsided and went to my left knee initially I couldn't work without help my knee was swollen and locked I couldn't fold them normally but after more medication I can climb up the stairs just recently.

My mom had to come to my house to pick me up back the family House for medication.

It was that bad that at some point she taught I stepped on juju.

You probably were not diagnosed and you assumed its gout or arthritis.

This one look like heart disease probably left ventricular failure. You need to treat for heart disease . You need frusemide tablet or moduretic tablet to extradict extra fluids outside.

I had similar experience during my youth service, I had fears that I stepped on charm but my employer was suspicious it could be diabetes. But the sore was painful later healed with time.

There's no cure but that doesn't mean that the condition will worsen overtime.

It depends on the kind of treatment you're undergoing.
If you are overweight, try to lose some weight, moderate exercise helps too.
Medications that relieve the pain are also recommend.

Yes. Blend all together.

Ginger is thoroughly anti inflammatory and so is tumeric. Specifically, the curcumin in tumeric is potent for this, however it is only bioavailable of you combine it with (black pepper, some fat and heat). This is why they must be blended together.

Also get volatren and take two tabs per day.

Most don't have access to tart cherry (apparently it's very potent against goutish pain)

Step 1. Get voltaren, an non steroidal anti inflammatory. Take to 2 tabs.

Step 2. Put water inside a pot and heat. Add tumeric and black pepper then stir. Add ginger then stir. Take it off the heat and let it cool a bit.

Step 3. Put the mix into a blender and then add coconut oil into it.

Step 4. Blend.

Step 5. Bottoms up.

Give it like 30mins to an hour. Great relief will come upon you.

Repeat when you feel a flare up approaching.

Tart cherry is a fruit. Also know as sour cherry.

It is bright red and can be consumed directly.

There is also sweet cherry that is darker. Tart cherry is what we want for gout.
